    Terms of Sale
    The sale of any and all products contained on this site are subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.
    The use of this website is intended for customers based in the United Kingdom (Excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man). We cannot deliver to P O Boxes or British Forces Post Offices.

    Intention to create a contract
    By placing an order via this web site you confirm that you are eligible to enter into a binding contract, are of a minimum age of 18 and reside in the UK. An acceptance of your offer to purchase goods from us is not complete until we confirm shipping. Shipping will not take place until such time that payment in full has been received from you.

    Returns Policy
    We offer a no quibble returns policy on all purchases providing that the product has not been used/worn, still has the sale tags that were attached to the product at the time of delivery and are received within 14 Days from date of purchase. You have the right to either a full refund less the postage or alternatively an exchange of product for the same value. Where an exchange is required for a product of greater or lesser value to that originally purchased, we will agree to either refund the difference in the case of a cheaper exchange or reserve the right to request payment of the difference in the case of a product of greater value. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are adequately insured when returning them to us. You are legally responsible for the goods until such time that they are returned back to us in the same condition as at the time of being despatched. The above does not affect your statutory rights.

    Refunds Policy
    Where you request a full refund of your payment we will agree to refund your payment as soon as possible or in any case not longer than 30 days. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Refunds for goods received as gifts will only be refunded back to the original purchaser.

    Availability and Delivery
    We aim to ensure that all products are in stock at the time of order and are delivered by the time stipulated when the order is placed. If any goods are not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and if applicable give you a time for availability and delivery. If no delivery time is specified then we aim to deliver your goods within a reasonable time period. This should not extend in most cases to more than 30 days from date of order.

    Title of goods
    Ownership of the goods does not pass to you until the time of despatch via recorded delivery and following payment in full for the product by you. The goods are thereafter at your risk. In the case of returned goods; ownership/title does not pass to us until such time that we confirm receipt. All returned goods should be sent via recorded delivery or courier at your cost.

    Force Majeure
    We will not be held responsible for acts or events outside of our control during our performance of the contract whether in part or in whole therein.

    Errors and Omissions Accepted Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all information, pricing, product description, promotions are accurate. The site may from time to time contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Under such circumstances we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, refuse or cancel an order without further notice. Pricing We reserve the right to change the price of goods or products featured on this website without notice. You are thereafter obliged to pay the new price unless an order has been place and accepted for the goods at the old price. We may however use this information from time to time to contact you in relation to any order that you have placed, to send you news on any price changes, new stock items or promotions that may be beneficial to you. Should you not wish to receive such additional information please inform us at the time of placing your order. In these circumstances we reserve the right not to be held responsible. Jurisdiction These terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Each party hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
